The project will be completed in two phases. I will describe both phases below. In your proposals, please provide estimates of how much time and/or money each phase will take. There will be a delay between phases I and II. That is why I am looking to see proposed costs for each phase. Also, please provide sample websites or any other projects you can link me to. I am going to choose what I feel is the best quality work, not the cheapest. Preferably, the winning bidder will work on a payment-per-milestone system where payments are released as milestones are achieved. Phase I *Design a trivia game that will pair users head-to-head and pop up questions which the users will answer. I will provide the questions/answers. *Each user will have a score attached to his/her profile. *This score will be adjusted based on how many games won or lost. *I will provide the algorithm the game will use to determine how the user’s score is adjusted and how users are paired together to play. *A website will be designed that will allow users to register and create a profile. *The game will be accessible through the website. *Hosting the website, game, etc. Phase II *A shopping cart feature will be added to the website. Users will pay to register and play. *General website design to improve the look and feel of the website and add pages for frequently-asked-questions and links sections. All content will be provided, just looking for general design.
