Hello I need a website for people to buy,sell, and communicate.

Website should work most common browsers.

It should be an online community where visitors first set up a profile, which will be customizable. Then they can buy and sell physical computors and computor componets. They should also be able to buy and sell virtual merchandice such as website templates,programs,web sites, ect. Users should be able to request merchadice such as web sites.
Should all be legal.

The users will also be able to form groups that collaborate to make tutorials and such.

Web Site Should be sleek and stylish! Winning bidder will gain more info.

Its a pretty simple website, but I need someone who can both make it look good a web designer and a coder.

In the body area, I need to have around 6-9 polls.

The polls would be simple polls with an expiration date on them.

Example:

C. Chicken nuggets

Poll expires in 1 day and 4 hours.

The body should be like this:

Explanation:

The numbers ([1],[2]. etc) are an example if a poll on the front page.
<< and >> are the next page for the polls. I want those polls in the body to be like in a box and you can click next page or previous page to scroll to the next set of polls, without the full page refreshing and going to the next.

Once the poll has expired it will go in the achieves page where there will be a list of polls that have ended for people to view final results.

I want to be able to add polls in a admin panel or something like that.

Web design work: Need a nice banner, with my site name as the logo, need navigation buttons, and etc…

Looking to build a good relationship with this person, needs to have GOOD english.

I also need 2 ads like 2 google/yahoo pay per click vertical ads on the both sides of the template.
