hello. i need someone to create me 4 vector style pictures (i would prefer to get a PSD at the end of the job with the vectors/shapes in it) to be used on a website. they will be used exactly like the ones here

this is for a call of duty 4 (soon to be modern warfare 2) clan, so it will need to be war themed; soldiers, jets, tanks, etc. because they are so small, they will not need HUGE detail (this is as detailed as im expecting really; http://demo.rockettheme.com/phpbb3/index.php?style=27&ntheme=style2 but if you can do more and still have it looking nice, then go for it).
the 4 images will consist of 2 “floating” objects (could be smoke in the air for example), and 2 seperate layers of “floor” (so for example, in the link above, the 2 ‘floors’ are: the one green hill in the front, and the 2 green brown at the back (the 2 brown hills are one image)). you must make sure that when layered right, the 4 images look good and work well together. for example, the perspectives must be correct - you can not make a side view picture of a soldier on one layer, then a birds eye view of a helicopter in the other! the front most layer (the white part) is not required but if you need to do it to work with your design, so be it!
some suggestions are:
2 floating objects: smoke etc.
the 2 floor layers: soldiers in the front, helicopter etc in the back
this may not look very good, because there is nothing out front. so you could make the soldier layer entirely white and put that on the front instead of making 2 floor layers.
but please do give me your suggestions.
i am really aiming for a vector look. http://demo.rockettheme.com/phpbb3/index.php?style=27&ntheme=style6 is not good for example.
i have attached an image of where the work will be placed so please make sure what you make works well with what i have posted.
you will NOT be required to script this in any way. just the art.

my budget is almost non-existent so this work is more for adding to your follio and getting a review if you need it. plus, this is a big post but a tiny job anyway.
