I need a web site template that contains some flash modified to a finished working web sitethat i can upload onto my server

#1 I have a web template that needs fininshing to a functional site
#2 I need you to in put and adjust the lay out of the text content of the web template
#3 I have all the copy for the site no typing or content is required, but you willl need to be savy and adjust the content to fit into the layout and pages of the site
#4 The content should be delevired back to me in a condition of been ready to upload onto my server with all lonks working and the site fully functional
