Need to have my Authorize.net setup to work with a split pay option allowing for users to select an option to pay through multiple payments as we set up. Split pay is just another option for the user. If they do not want to take advantage of it, they don’t have to, it is simply an option. This needs to be configured correctly and integrated into Virtuemart and Joomla. If you have a component that you want to use that will do this, you need to state so and we will review the options and features available with it. We are looking for someone with prior experience in this and has done it before. Qualify your bid and what you are doing or you will not be considered. Bidders need to post in the first line of the PM the words "nobody but me can handle this job", if you do not post this, you will not be considered. Don’t ask why, those are the instructions. Those that follow them will be looked at, those that don’t will not. Thank you for your interest. NEW ZERO FEEDBACK FREELANCERS!! MUST HAVE REFERENCES AND FEEDBACK TO BE CONSIDERED! HAVE MORE WORK TOO SO WE WOULD LIKE TO FIND SOMEONE THAT CAN ESTABLISH A RELATIONSHIP WITH.

Web design; logo + 2 page templates
Monday, September 28th, 2009The site is about a web service, a tool for webmasters. We need 2 templates with 1 common css: - Front page. It is a simple page with 3 easy steps. See the attached concept.html. You can change the layout, think of colors, fonts, graphics. The design needs to be simple. The front page contains the least possible in order to give the user the feeling that the product is easily used, just as easy as the front page is to read ;). - Other page(s). Documents that explain stuff indepth, must be easy to read from, e.g. no flashy colors. The indepth pages are just simple articles, nothing special about it. Each page will have a very simple menu at the top containing just three small links: Home, Techbase and API docs. At the top we want a navigation hint to indicate where the user is. (You are now at ..) The attached file is the rough layout of the homepage. A nice image needs to be added to the left half and fonts and colors need some refinement. 3 other examples of 3 steps are: - http://depts.washington.edu/learncpr/quickcpr.html - http://www.invitrogen.com/etc/medialib/en/images/mainbody/data/diagram.Par.33726.Image.-1.0.1.gif The rest of the examples didn’t make the steps easily distinctable. - http://www.123websites.be Make your own website in 3 simple steps. A communication concept much like ours. The css needs to have usable styles for; h1 - h4 p a a:hover and a:visited ol and ul img body blockquote code and pre button We need the graphics for the website in seperate .jpg files and the original .psd files. Don’t spend too much work on the HTML, since I restructure the HTML myself for most projects I do.

I will provide login details for ebay.co.uk so you can install the shop design once you have converted the psd. HTML for Joomla website
Monday, September 28th, 2009REQUIRED: Minor presentation update to current website - www.ohmi.com.au This will be in format of html and css for the creation of 6 fields which I can change text and images as required. The fields will be in two columns and be 3 rows high. An example of what I want is at www.2easytel.com. I will be more specific in discussions with the winning bidder, but I need the code up and working as soon as possible. As the code is readily available from another site and just needs adapting to fit the center module of our site, I would expect that this is not going to take too long - I will provide the images for use, unless you can provide better within your project bid. If you are able to provide this in a timely and cost effective manner - we will be looking to update the majority of website pages with the right person.

College Admissions Likelohood Assessment
Sunday, September 27th, 2009I am seeking to develop a web based application using custom proprietary algorithms that I have developed for assessing the credentials of prospective college applicants versus the admissions standards of the colleges to which such applicants might apply. The output of the application is a likelihood of admission measure that assesses the chances of admission of any applicant to any college he/she may choose. Fairly extensive specifications for the application have already been developed. A database schema and database table structures already exist. It is important to note, however, that these specifications were developed by me. I do have professional experience participating on technical development projects, but, as I am not technical, it is highly likely that the present contemplated database design as well as the design of prospective objects within the database, could be changed or optimized by a more practiced eye. The application will need to collect information from college applicants across four variables areas. The first of these is Race-Ethnicity-Gender, where the applicant will be asked to identify himself / herself versus certain standard Race-Ethnicity-Gender combinations. The second variables area, and the one requiring the most data entry (and therefore the most complex tables structures, is program of study. From this set of variables, applicants will be asked to provide the following: - The High School the applicant attended for each of his/her four years in High School as well as the location of the high school(s) - The structure of the academic year for each of the applicants four years in High School (possibilities include year, semester, trimester, quarters and/or modules - The grading system utilized for each of the four years of High School (possibilities include 4.o scale, 5.0 scale, letter grades such as A, B, C, or percentages, with 100% connoting a perfect score) - The Highest Level of Study (i.e. College Courses, International Baccalaureate Program, Advanced Placement Courses, Honors Curriculum or Standard Curriculum) for each of the 5 core subject areas (English, Math, Social Studies, Science, Foreign Language) in each of the applicants four years of High School The third variables area is Grade Point Average, where the applicantsÂ’ current weighted and un-weighted Grade Point Average is captures as well as the applicantÂ’s current status as a High School student (first half of freshman year, second half of freshman year, first half of sophomore year, etc) The fourth and final variables area is Standardized Test Scores, where the applicants current best PSAT, SAT or ACT scores in each of Reading, Math and Writing are captured. Similar information is captured relatives to each collegeÂ’s admission standards. Portions of the college admissions standards data is captured from the National Center for Education Statistics Integrated Post-Secondary School data set. Other portions of the college admissions data are captured in customized tables resulting from telephonic interviews with the colleges. The math underlying the algorithms for each comparison area (Race-Ethnicity-Gender, Program of Study, Grade Point Average and Standardized Testing Results is disclosed in the more extensive specifications that have already been developed. Scoring has likewise been developed for each of the four comparison areas as well as at the composite level. The scoring will be displayed back to the college applicant as part of the assessment of his/her admissions chances relative to any selected college. These results will need to be archive-able and retrievable. Prospective college applicants using the system will also have to provide contact information and a credit card number. This information will be provided on first usage, but must be retrievable in the future in order to edit and change. Likewise, the data provided by applicants will need to be retrievable as well so that applicants may either amend data about themselves that has already been input or append new data (more recent test scores, the most recent semesterÂ’s transcript) to the applicantÂ’s record set. Again, more extensive plan documentation including prospective web-site navigation, is available.
