Real Estate Website Needed with strong SEO

Hi, I have an order form that needs to use javascript or php for calculations. Basically calculating selected options and add them up here is an example what I mean; A client visits the order form, selects couple options, each options he selects or deselects get added and/or deducted, also each selected option should show up under the "order details" window. Few options within the order form are with sliders, so sliding a bar over an option will mean the option is selected. I would prefer jQuery for the sliders. Also, after the name, address, order options, are filled out and selected an email is sent to the admin email address and another email confirming the order is placed and receive would need to be sent to the client. I’m looking for someone dedicated, someone who can be on top of their timeline within their bid, project is on a budget, would prefer someone within the same timezone, Canada or US. I have purchased a media management php script that consists of 3 parts (audio, video, photo) but it doesn’t have an important feature which is sub-categories. I want to include sub-category which is (artist) and under the artist I include (album) and under the album I add (songs). Category 1 (ex:I am able to give any name to this category through admin panel, Rock/Pop) Under it (artist1) Under it (album1) Under it (song1, song2, etc) Under it (artist1) Under it (album2) Under it (song1, song2, etc) Under it (artist1) Under it (album3) Under it (song1, song2, etc) Then (artist2), etc… Category 2 category 3 So I need to update the backend which will let me add the files into their categories, artists, album. Also, in the front end, the visitors can select the category, artist,album and songs to listen to the songs The categories along with sub-categories should be fully searchable in the control panel and in the main site and the language should be unicoded that has the ability to recognize other languages. The script has a plugin that let you import any videos from youtube, google, etc. So as part of the above job, we need the plugin to be linked with the categories so if somebody wants to add videos from youtube and others he can select the proper category and submit the video link to be grabbed to it. We are looking for someone who can produce simply video presentations for small businesses to promote their business online. We will provide you with the company details and in some cases some images, you will have to create a short 60-90 second video presentation. Where you add images and music you MUST be able to provide proof that you have rights to use the materials. Please also see animoto.com - if you can replicate these kind of videos then this will be perfect. You MUST NOT attempt to try and sell me a video created by Animoto as this is against their terms and conditions (NB anyone doing this will be reported to directly Animoto).
