The polls would be simple polls with an expiration date on them.

Explanation:

The numbers ([1],[2]. etc) are an example if a poll on the front page.
<< and >> are the next page for the polls. I want those polls in the body to be like in a box and you can click next page or previous page to scroll to the next set of polls, without the full page refreshing and going to the next.

Once the poll has expired it will go in the achieves page where there will be a list of polls that have ended for people to view final results.

I want to be able to add polls in a admin panel or something like that.

Web design work: Need a nice banner, with my site name as the logo, need navigation buttons, and etc…

Looking to build a good relationship with this person, needs to have GOOD english.

I wrote this website myself, and i am no expert - but it needs a little work. It’s important that whoever does the work, leaves the site in a state that i can continue to edit easily myself, so nothing too complicated.

1) I currently use frames (i know, not a good idea, but historically that is how it is set up). The ‘header’ frame has the flash heading, the ‘content’ frame has both the menu system and the content.

I’m going to host a second website, that will be almost identical to the main one but concentrate on just a couple of products. To acheive this the easiest way, I want to move the menu system from the content frame into the header frame. Then, the menu will just call/link pages into the content frame that are stored on another site.

The reason for this is 2 fold - firstly, i only have to administer one set of content pages, and secondly it will mean that the existing form handling scripts (which are hosted elsewhere) will continue to work.

2) It all looks Ok with explorer, but Mozilla doesn’t align things correctly, such as the menu bar at the top, and the scaling of the flash header. So the site needs checking and fixing in ALL browsers. I can see at least 10 different things myself.
